North Coast Cancer Foundation was established in 2007 to offer support, education and complementary programs for cancer patients, their caregivers and healthcare professionals in Erie, Huron, Ottawa, Sandusky and Seneca Counties in northern Ohio.

North Coast Cancer Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the lives of all people affected by cancer and provides:

• Financial support for patients who are uninsured, underinsured or otherwise experiencing financial hardship as a result of their cancer diagnosis;
• Complementary care programs such as art therapy and therapeutic yoga which are offered at no cost to patients and family members;
• Education for survivors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, including an annual Breast Cancer Conference in Ohio each fall; and
• Research opportunities to improve patients’ outcomes.

The Foundation is a tax exempt organization, governed by a volunteer board of private citizens and generously funded by donations from individuals, corporations, foundations, service clubs and churches.

The North Coast Cancer Foundation logo represents the three pillars of our organization:

The design is a combination of water and a tree. It symbolizes the strong roots of the foundation, the growth we provide through education, the support we offer through our complementary care programs and patient assistance, and the lives that are inspired through our work.
